(MENAFN) Dubai-based Emirates Airline unveiled plans to upgrade its weekly flights to Amman to daily starting from October 1, Arabian Business reported.
The airline also said it will add an extra flight to its current 13 weekly flights to the Jordanian capital.
The flights are currently operated with a combination of Boeing 777-200, Boeing 777-300 and Airbus A330-200 aircraft, the airline added.
Amman is one of Emirates’ longest established routes and was launched in 1986; the year after the Dubai-based airline was launched.
The carrier said its top 10 markets for Jordan are Dubai, Jakarta, Shanghai, Seoul, Guangzhou, Beijing, Manila, Hong Kong, Sydney and Los Angeles.
