(MENAFN) Emirates Airline’s Vice-President of Recruitment, Alison Ward, said that starting April, the carrier would begin recruiting over 4,500 staff, reported Emirates 24/7.
Ward added that in the coming fiscal year, the airline would add 4,000 cabin crew and 450 pilots, in addition to hundreds of operational staff.
He also said that recently, the carrier held open days in the UAE and would hold more open days in the UAE and other countries in the coming years to fill a wide range of vacancies including engineering, airport operations, cabin crew and IT.
It is worth noting that so far in 2012 alone, Emirates has hired cabin crew talent in US states including Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and Washington DC.
