(MENAFN) Emirates Airline unveiled plans to extend its flight services to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam in June, Arabian Business reported.
Emirates said it will serve the new destination with an Airbus A330-200, marking the airline’s 124th destination.
The airline added that the service will be operated by a larger Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft in October.
Ho Chi Minh City will be the eighth route to launched this year by Emirates, following the launch of Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and Dublin during this month, and Lusaka, Harare and Dallas in February, and Seattle in March.
With a fleet of 168 aircraft and already the largest A380 operator in the world, with 20 in service, Emirates currently flies to 117 destinations in 69 countries.
