Emirates to launch another service to Tehran

18 Sep 2014

(MENAFN) Emirates announced it is planning to operate a one off A380 flight into Tehran starting September 30, Gulf Business reported.

Once the airline is satisfied it can turn the route into an operational and commercial success, the one-offs will be turned into regular scheduled services.

Airlines are looking to capitalize on Iran’s economic potential, with Emirates currently serving Tehran with a mix of B777-300s and A330-200s, while low-cost carrier Flydubai has started four-times a week services to Tehran in August.
