(MENAFN) UAE-based leading facilities management company Emrill has won a facilities services contract for the Princess Tower in Dubai Marina, the company said in a press release.
The tower, officially recognised as the World’s Tallest Residential Building by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), is 414 m high, was built by Tameer, with 763 residential units, 957 parking bays and 8 retail shops.
Emrill was selected by the Kingfield Owner’s Association to provide facilities services which include MEP, housekeeping, concierge, security services, life guards and supported by the Emrill helpdesk.
With 4000 staff directly employed, the company offers the full range of Facilities and Asset Management services with innovative solutions tailored to support Clients from different sectors.
