(MENAFN) Oetker Hotels Collection’s (OHC) CEO, Frank Marrenbach, stated that during the coming 10 years, the European company plans to launch 10 hotels in the Middle East, reported Emirates 24/7.
Marrenbach said that the luxury hotel chain will select distinguished destinations across the region, including Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt, UAE, Oman and Qatar.
Moreover, the National Corporation for Tourism & Hotels has begun the establishment of Le Bristol of Abu Dhabi, which OHC will open by the middle of next year.
He added that USD165 million were invested in the hotel, which will include 184 deluxe rooms, in addition to special physical fitness facilities and a modern concert hall on the sea.
It is worth noting that OHC delayed the construction of a hotel project in Egypt due to the political instability in the country, however, it will resume the project once the situation returns back to normal.
