(MENAFN) National carrier Gulf Air plans to resume flights to Athens, Capital of Greece, starting from June 16, according to Gulf Daily News.
The airline will offer four flights a week to Athens International Airport.
The airline aims to strengthen and expand its network with key global destinations and provide strategic business and tourism links.
Gulf Air acting chief executive Maher Al Musallam said: “We are seeing unique business and tourism opportunities in Greece alongside positive signs of the country’s economic recovery.”
