(MENAFN) Huawei’s smartphone witnessed a notable sales increase last year, boosting its market share to 13 percent at the end of last year from 2 percent in 2014.
Moreover, the firm raised its market share to 16 percent by the end of March, and plans to enhance the share to 25-30 percent at the end of the year.
Additionally, it also plans to increase its deployment to boost consumer brand awareness for Huawei, by adding more relations and increasing sales outlets.
The firm spends 10 percent of its revenue on research and development, and also aims to set up a research center to serve the Middle East and N. Africa from Dubai.
