(MENAFN) Saudi Mohammed A. Al Swailem Co. for Commercial Investment’s chairman, Ali Al Swailem, stated that the firm inked a deal with Hyatt International to run the 257-room Hyatt Regency Riyadh, reported Gulf News.

Al Swailem added that the hotel, which will be forecasted to start receiving guests by next year’s last quarter, will be part of the 32-storey Al Swailem Tower.

On the other hand, he said that there’s a notable growth in the hospitality industry in the Kingdom, mainly in the capital, adding that Hyatt Regency Riyadh, located on Olaya Street, has been designed to accommodate discerning business and leisure travelers.

It is worth noting that the new hotel is Mohammad A. Al Swailem’s fifth hotel in the Kingdom.
