JLL to enhance Makkah real estate transparency

(MEANFN) Leading real estate expert JLL said it has inked a deal with the Makkah Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a bid to help improve transparency in the Saudi real estate market.

In detail, JLL will collaborate with key stakeholders as an independent consultant to collect, consolidate and share accurate data in order to provide clarity to large-scale developments.

Consequently, JLL will work with key players and stakeholders in Makkah to release a comprehensive report on the real estate market in Makkah expected in the third quarter of this year.

“The members of the chamber intend to work with leading organizations that promote transparency, accessibility of information”, the chairman of Makkah Chamber of Commerce and Industry said.
