Jordan to become hub for starting Chinese factories

(MENAFN) Jordan has a potential to become a hub for starting or relocating Chinese factories, especially those aiming branching out to European, U.S. and Arab Gulf markets.

Accordingly, Jordan’s safety and security and its harmonious social environment are main attractions for Chinese investments both in commodities and techs.

Meanwhile, Chinese factories working in the garment sector have been experiencing great success and the first firm located in Jordan to be listed on the NY exchange market this year.

An Aqaba-based Chinese factory for LED lights, which save more than 70 percent of elect has inked deals with municipalities and has been offering them with power-saving LED lights for street lightning.
