(MENAFN) Jordan should make efforts to bring more female talent into the workforce, while it’s ranked 54th amid 79 developing economies with an Inclusive Development Index.
Accordingly, out of each 10 job opportunities made in the kingdom, only 3.5 chances are available for women.
Furthermore, a survey on created jobs for H2 of 2015 showed that a total of 31.000 jobs were generated, 28.000 of which were for Jordanians at 89.6 percent.
In addition, the country’s employment rate is amid the lowest globally and unemployment reaches almost 30 percent amid the youth.
