KHI launches luxury resort in Praslin

(MENAFN) HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, Chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), said that the Raffles Praslin Seychelles Resort and Residences was launched by Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), the subsidiary of KHC, reported Arab News.

Prince Alwaleed said that the resort is 91 percent owned by KHI and is estimated to be worth USD145 million.

The Chairman added that the 30-hectare resort is situated on the northeast corner of Seychelles’s second largest island, Praslin. It has 500 meters of beachfront and contains 86 villas.

Prince Alwaleed said that the resort includes Raffles Estates which were developed by private ownership and can be purchased for USD3.5 million.
