Kuwait Alargan retail project in progress

(MENAFN) Kuwait Alargan Intl” Real Estate Co. exposed that work is progressing well at its retail development, Argan Square with almost 85 percent of the project finished.
Furthermore, the project spreads over 4.800 square meters, surrounded by Sabah Al Salem St. and the Gulf Road, while the net leasable is 5.640 sqm.
Accordingly, revenue from these projects grew to USD21mn in the first half of the year, whereas profit rental surged to USD5.29mn.
The project will contain a commercial complex located in the booming retail area of Shuwaikh, which is recently in the final stages of design.
