(MENAFN) Real estate market in Kuwait improved despite some volatility amid the first half of this year compare to the second half of last year, down by 10 percent.
In addition, activity in June experienced the usual slowdown from the start of summer and the holy month of Ramadan.
However, the annual decline was due to weakness in the investment and commercial sectors, while residential sector activity mitigated further weakness.
The residential sector kept a solid performance that helped overall activity in June, with revived interest in residential plots.
