Kuwait to increase fees on residence permits

(MENAFN) The General Department for Residence Affairs in Kuwait confirmed that the residence permit of approximately 11,500 expatriates will be renewed.
Under the Article 22, the renewal for those siblings and parents to health insurance from private companies.
However, the Ministry of Interior stated that the salary of the sponsor should be not less than KD 1,000 for those who want to sponsor their parents or siblings.
Also, the residence feed will be increased from KD 200 to KD 300 and the health incsurance to KD 200, seeking to ease the pressure on health services.
