(MENAFN) Kuwait’s Agility, the largest Gulf Arab logistics group, reported it has registered an increase in its profit by 8 percent during the July-September period, The Peninsula Qatar reported.
During the third quarter of this year, the firm registered a net profit of USD44.8 million compared with USD41.59 million in the corresponding period of last year.
Meanwhile, the company’s revenue registered a growth by 3 percent compared to the same quarter in 2013 to reach USD1.15 billion, a growth which was driven by a 16 percent increase in its infrastructure division.
“Agility Infrastructure companies posted strong results this quarter and are expected to continue to grow through investments in emerging markets,” Agility’s Chief Executive said.
