Kuwaiti real estate investment in Dubai surpasses USD533mn

(MENAFN) Kuwaiti real estate investment in Dubai has surpassed USD533mn mark in 2016 with investors issuing their money into different residential and commercial properties across the emirate.

Last year, the number of Kuwaiti investors in Dubai’s real estate market jumped to reach 770, proclaimed the organizers citing the Dubai Land Department data.

Accordingly, Dubai is a favorite destination for investors from Arab nations and particularly from GCC for many reasons, because it offers economic stability.

Furthermore, the diversity in the supply in the real estate market as a result of many huge projects as this offers investors with the possibility to choose the investments they need.
