(MENAFN) Credit growth viewed a moderate gain in Feb, though growth slipped to 7.5 percent, while whole credit was up by USD 275.6mn during the month.
Furthermore, household debt posted smaller gains than usual in Feb, while personal facilities excluding loans added USD 166.1mn in net new debt.
In addition, non-bank financial firms viewed a net gain in credit in Feb of USD 73.06mn, while the sector maintained in deleveraging mode.
On the other hand, all remaining credit was flat in Feb, with growth slowing to 6.1 percent, as the sector added a USD 36.53mn.
