Kuwait’s real estate market to increase at USD660mn

(MENAFN) Kuwait’s real estate market received a notable increase from the commercial sector in Nov, leading the monthly sales above USD660mn.
However, the activity and sales value of the residential and investment sectors continued to delay last year”s performance by 22 percent.
In addition, sales in all sectors reached USD6.73bn year-to-date, down by 27 percent.
Accordingly, the sales and transactions were both down by 25 percent and 21 percent, respectively.
