Logistics in UAE scores USD 9.4 billions

(MENAFN) Ph.D. Khaled Mazrawi, Fujairah International Airport GM, forecasted USD 9.4 billion revenues for the logistics sector in UAE by the end of 2014, reported Al Khaleej.
The statement come inline with the first-of-a-kind press conference in the Middle East, revolving on green transportations and logistics slated in Dubai between 23 and 24 of February 2011, under the patronage of H.H. Nhayan Bin Mubarak Al Nhayan.

Al Mazrawi stated that the conference falls within the country’s constant efforts in upholding a decent environment.

He stated that the transportation, aviation, and logistics sectors are one of the most important sectors in the country, and thus green technologies need to be implemented there to assure continuous development.
