(MENAFN) Under collaboration with Malaysia’s Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA), the international Abu Dhabi-based Group “Lulu” is set to open hypermarkets in Malaysia, Arabian Business reported.
Lulu group would open its first hypermarket in Kuala Lumpur in 2014, along with another five branches set to open in different locations in the upcoming years, Malaysia’s deputy Prime Minister said.
He added that the group agreed to invest around USD200 million in its different branches in Malaysia.
“They will also help market more Malaysian products at their hypermarkets, including those produced by our small-and medium-sized industries and FELDA,” he commented.
