(MENAFN) The Wave, the developer behind the luxury The Wave, Muscat in Oman, said the first waterfront apartments are available for sale, Arabian Business reported.
Marsa One, the first waterfront apartments to be launched in Muscat, forms a part of Almarsa Village, the commercial and tourism hub of The Wave.
It includes 121 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a prime marina-front position.
The Wave, Muscat, a USD3.5 billion state-backed project that includes 4,000 residential units, hotels, and a golf course designed by Greg Norman.
The Wave, Muscat also includes Oman’s largest private marina, Almouj Marina, which berths 400 yachts up to 65m.
It is worth mentioning that the project is the Sultanate’s first development to allow 100 percent foreign ownership of freehold property.
