Me’aisem city center’s first phase to cost USD74.84m

(MENAFN) The first phase of the Dubai’s newest city center shopping mall by Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) is set to cost USD74.84 million, Gulf News reported.

The Dubai-based hospitality, retail and leisure company announced its plans to build the Me’aisem City Center, a community-focused mall, in March. The company already has 13 city center malls in the region.

The new mall, which is set within a one million square feet area, will be located in the Me’aisem area within the Dubai International Media Producer Zone, a site developed by Tecom Investment and is 43 million square feet in size.
