(MENAFN) Microsoft Arabia donated a USD1.4 million software to Al Birr in Ahsa to support it with its mission of improving the quality of life for people in need, Saudi Gazette reported.
The new software will assist the charity in updating its systems, especially in terms of developing donation resources, making it easier to track donations and speeding up distribution of aid to those in need, according to the Vice President of Al Birr charity.
‘As part of Microsoft’s commitment to the Saudi community we have donated this software to Al Birr to empower the charity to use Microsoft technology to optimize the operational capabilities of its physical and human resources,’ the President of Microsoft Arabia said in a statement.
