Minister of Industry, IKEA manager in talks for expansion plans in Egypt

(MENAFN) Minister of Industry and Trade held a meeting with the regional manager of IKEA in Egypt in order to discuss the firm’s recent projects and plans for expansion in the Egyptian market.
Accordingly, IKEA considers issuing new investments in Egypt in the cities of Cairo and Alexandria as part of their expansion plans in the Egyptian market.
Additionally, the improvement of economic indicators is a key factor in the firm’s decision to increase as well as economic reforms that were installed by the authorities.
Meanwhile, IKEA has a 36.000 square meters store in Cairo Festival City mall with a full range of household furnishings over two floors.
