(MENAFN) ETIHAD Etisalat (Mobily) opened its first official Resellers Service Center to offer service to resellers in Riyadh currently in the attendance of a number of firm officials.
The Company intends to improve the efficiency of communication with its resellers, offer developed customer services and serve them better.
Additionally, Mobily revealed a new strategy for this year in order to find ways to better enable and coordinate with its sales partners, which will allow and equip chain partners.
The resellers’ service center provides a number of services involving routers and SIM swap, SIM and payment conformation status, auto-renewal status for SIM and other services.
