(MENAFN) Revenues in Morocco offshoring sector grew by 2.4 percent in 2011-2015, moving from 6.86bn dirhams in 2011 to 7.54bn dirhams in 2015.
Accordingly, the activity of call centers and the Business process outsourcing (BPO) increased by 10.7 percent by the end of 2015.
On the other hand, in H1 of this year, revenues of the sector grew by 18.1 percent, boosted by receipts of call Centers and BPO, which grew by 2.39b dirhams.
