(MENAFN) A statement released by Nasdaq Dubai said that select sukuks and other securities have been suspended from the official list for not revealing 2009 financial statements and yearly reports to the exchange, Emirates Business 24/7 reported.
The suspended sukuks and securities list includes IIG Funding, Nakheel Development 2, Nakheel Development 3, TID Global Sukuk I, Dubai Holding Commercial Operations MTN.
According to the statement, the listed instruments have failed to comply with Offered Securities Rules (OSR) of the DFSA that requires submission of annual reports and financial statements within 120 days from the end of the financial year.
