New Saudi firm to develop 24 parks to produce USD34.7bn revenue

(MENAFN) A new firm by the Saudi government will develop 24 parks through the kingdom in tie with the private sector in order to enhance local tourism and make extra sources of revenue and jobs.
In addition, the new firm will develop and keep the infrastructure for 19 parks in partnership with private sector while 7 recent parks will be opened to private investments.
Moreover, the parks will generate an USD34.7bn and draw 5.6mn visitors annually and is projected to make almost 1.890 new jobs.
The park range in size from 8.8 to 51.000 hectares and will provide leisure activities, natural environment and present the cultural heritage of different regions.
