Sofitel said that the hotel is part of a major complex, developed over an area of around 100,000 sq m, which would also include the headquarters of the Foundation, a mosque and a convention center.
The hotel will consist of 400 rooms and suites, 6 food and beverage outlets, meeting facilities, a swimming pool, and a spa.
