Nshama’s residential project in Dubai to be completed

(MENAFN) The Emirati developer of integrated lifestyle communities, Nshama announced that it is nearing to complete the Zahra Townhouse community at its Town Square development, and it will be handed over by the end of the year.

The UAE-based developed confirmed the first residential community in Town Square is fast taking shape, as the Zahra townhouses will be ready to welcome home-owners late this year.

Also, the supporting infrastructure for the residential community is being completed.

However, Nshama’s CEO said: “We are progressing as per schedule to hand over the first homes in Town Square soon. The Zahra Townhouse community had gained strong response from customers and we are on track to complete them.”
