Oman Tourism inks OMR38mn deal with QNB for JW Marriott Hotel

(MENAFN) Oman Tourism Development Co. has inked OMR38mn finance deal with QNB Oman for building JW Marriott Hotel amid the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center.

Moreover, the JW Marriott is part of the up and coming Madinat Al Irfan development, which will become the new urban in Muscat.

Additionally, the hotel involves state-of-the-art food and beverage outlets, meeting facilities and a health and leisure club, while it will add extra 304 rooms once finished.

The hotel is being built according to the highest standards of environmental sustainability and is made to meet the criteria for the prestigious Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design by the U.S. Green Building Council.
