Omani the Wave awards Turki USD41.93m contract

(MENAFN) The Wave Muscat announced that it has awarded a USD41.93 million contract to Al Turki Enterprises for the construction of 99 villas that will be known as Reehan Residences, Times of Oman reported.
The developer said that the first stage of construction will include a four villa display village to showcase the new designs which will also be part of future villa releases at The Wave, Muscat
“We have noticed growing demand for luxury product in the market and we have responded by launching Reehan Residences last year and Marsa Gardens this month and there are a number of other new releases planned throughout the year. Reehan Residences included our first ever courtyard homes which sold out completely and a central community swimming pool and recreation area exclusive for Reehan residents,” The Wave Muscat CEO said.
The Wave said that their collaboration with Turki Enterprises comes after they worked together previously on a number of project, with Al Turki Enterprises being responsible for key projects in their master-plan including the600 villas and townhouses and 550 apartments which the developer have built in the country.
