Oman’s AQAR launches construction of Rimal

(MENAFN) Al Khonji Real Estate & Development’s (AQAR) Chairman and chief executive, Mohamed Al Khonji, said that the company began establishing Rimal, the real estate project located on top of the Bousher sand dunes in Muscat, reported Times of Oman.
Al Khonji added that the establishment, which was initiated during the holy month of Ramadan, resulted in the removal of around 40 percent of the sand needed before the foundation works could start.
He also said that the launch of construction operations at Rimal would give buyers the confidence that the company was committed to the project and would hand over what it promised its clients throughout the construction period.
It is worth noting that Rimal will be one of the largest of its kind in Muscat, spanning over an area of 50,000 square meters and including 254 apartments, in addition to leisure facilities.
