(MENAFN) The Oman Elect Transmission Co. (OETC) proclaimed that it has raised an USD500mn from the international bond market currently.
Additionally, the bonds, which will expire by 2027, are a 10-year Reg S/ 144A bond issued at a fixed interest rate of 5.196 percent.
Meanwhile, the bond received oversubscription of eight times, and the pricing was tightened by 15 bps to Mid-swaps +285 bps.
The final order book covered of 31 percent Asian investors, 24 percent European investors, 16 percent British investors and 14 percent American investors.
