Oman’s Sohar 2, Barka 3 officially open

(MENAFN) The owners of Oman”s Sohar 2 power plant and the Barka 3 power plant are celebrating the official opening and first successful year of their operations in Oman, Times of Oman reported.
Sohar 2 and Barka 3 are owned by Al Batinah Power and Al Suwadi Power, respectively.
Chief executive officer of Al Suwadi Power said: “This is an important milestone for both companies. It provides an opportunity to celebrate our first year of successful operation and it signals the start of the committed journey of our two organisations.”
