(MENAFN) Omantel Business’ vice president, Todd Dick, stated that the company’s new business customers and those that moved back to it from other providers grew 8 percent in the first five months of this year, reported Times of Oman.
The VP of the corporate arm of Oman’s largest telecommunications firm also said that Omantel Business launched new products and enhancements as it eyed strengthening its position as the leading telecom company in the sultanate.
Dick added that the company built long standing partnerships with its customers through employing a highly effective personalized account manager system. He pointed out that Omantel Business was able to deliver tailored, focused and cost-efficient services to its customers.
It is worth noting that Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel) is the first telecom company in Oman and is the primary provider of internet services in the country. 70 percent of the company is owned by Oman’s government.
