Omniyat to launch 3 projects worth USD952.7m in Dubai

(MENAFN) Omniyat, a leading development group in the Middle East, is set to launch three distinguished mega-projects worth USD952.70 million at Cityscape Global, Khaleej Times reported.

The group’s prime showpiece at the event will be at Palm Jumeirah, a joint project in collaboration with Drake & Scull International, while the other two prestigious projects will be located on prime plots in Dubai.

All three projects boast unique and distinguished features that will represent a further value-addition to Dubai’s real estate market, executive chairman and chief executive of the Omniyat group said.

“Our focus now is to offer excellent residential options to suit all those interested in the rapidly growing real estate industry in the emirate of Dubai,” he added.
