Omrania wins KHC’s Kingdom Riyadh Land project

(MENAFN) Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, Chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), said that the company granted the contract of Kingdom Riyadh Land to Omrania, reported Arab News.

Prince Alwaleed said that Omrania would be responsible for the design of the master plan and infrastructure of the 16 million sqm project.

The Chairman said that the contract involves the coordination and approval of all master planning elements, engaging and managing the traffic impact study and environmental impact assessment sub-consultants. Also, Omrania would supervise the infrastructure work on the site.

The Prince said that Kingdom Holding Company plans on continuing with its solid and significant local projects in an attempt to raise the company’s profitability and bring in returns.
