(MENAFN) Throughout the last few years, Pakistanis were positioned among key investors in the Dubai real estate industry, with a noteworthy investment of USD8.3 billion over the last five years.
In particular, Pakistanis are amongst the top three non-Arab foreign investors, and forecasts show spending will only rise in spite the fact that Pakistan’s property industry is significantly improving.
Although purchasing property in the UAE is pricier than in Pakistan, the outstanding returns make the investor forget the initial hardship, let alone that Dubai’s markets provide buyers with an extra stream of income.
Furthermore, nearly 93 percent of Pakistani expatriates in the UAE want to buy properties back home while 54 percent of Pakistani expats prefer to invest in plots, according to a recent research report.
