(MENAFN) Palm Jumeirah sold six properties in the April-June period for USD59 million, which resulted in the biggest villa deals for the second consecutive quarter, Arabian Business reported.
During these three months, the most expensive deal was a Palm Villa that was sold USD16 million or USD2.09 per square feet.
The April-June period also witnessed the sale of three villas in Emirates Hills. Two of these villas were sold for USD9.6 million and the third one was sold for USD9.3 millions
Meanwhile, nine out of the top ten villas sold in the Palm were completed in the January-March period, with USD816 dollars and USD1.334 were paid for the square foot. The biggest deal done in the cited period on the Palm was done for USD12.2 million.
