(MENAFN) Petrotechnics Executive Vice President, Iain Mackay, stated that the oil and gas giant signed a partnership deal with Omani Rukun Al Yaqeen (RAY) International Oil & Gas which would enable Petrotechnics to provide its Sentinel PRO system in Oman, reported Times of Oman.
Mackay also said that the Sentinel PRO system is a web-based integrated safe system of work which recognizes and overcomes the challenges in managing operations, maintenance and associated activity in the oil and gas industry.
The executive VP added that the new system uses a unified business process which integrates risk assessment, permit to work and isolation management.
It is worth noting that UK-based Petrotechnics was established in 1989 with a vision of utilizing technology to improve frontline work execution. It delivers improvements in frontline operational effectiveness for oil and gas corporations over the world.
