(MENAFN) Qatar Airways Cargo (QAC) received the seventh Airbus A330F and first Boeing 747F nose loader aircraft to its fleet at its home base in Hamad International Airport (HIA).
Ongoing to its fast increase and growth, the world’s third largest global cargo carrier features a fleet of 16 freighters, involving seven Airbus A330F, eight Boeing 777F and one Boeing 747F.
In addition, QAC is organized to deliver more aircraft next year and predicted to enlarge its fleet to 21 freighters by 2017, representing its commitment to improve air cargo fleets in the skies.
The A330-200F is the globe’s most modern mid-size freighter, supported by Rolls Royce Trent 772B engines; the A330 can hold a maximum gross pay load of up to 68 tons.
