(MENAFN) The economic blockade by some Gulf neighbors may have a short-lived influence on Qatar, which will be the fastest growing economy amid the GCC this year.
Accordingly, Qatar’s real GDP is projected to be 3.43 percent this year compared to 3.4 percent in the year before.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia is projected to show 1.92 percent real GDP growth this year against 1.21 percent a year ago.
Moreover, Qatar’s per capita GDP is projected to be USD67.270 this year against USD66.265 a year ago, while the UAE’s USD35.237, Kuwait USD27.613 and Bahrain USD23.747.
