(MENAFN) Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) plans to deepen bilateral relations with Malaysia, according to Qatar News Agency.
The announcement was revealed in a meeting between the Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) and Malaysia’s Minister of Tourism and Culture, HE Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri bin Abdul Aziz, in the presence of the Malaysian Ambassador to Qatar, HE Ahmad Jazri bin Mohamed Johar.
During the meeting, the attendants discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
Trade between Qatar and Malaysia was estimated at USD1.591 billion in 2012.
