(MENAFN) Qatar’s Al Ahli Hospital’s Chairman, Sheikh Thani bin Abdulla Al Thani, said that in 2011, net profit fell 9 percent from 2010 to USD10.70 million, reported The Peninsula.
The chairman added that average daily income in the period jumped by 19 from a year earlier, also did operational revenues.
He also said that occupancy rate rose 5 percent in the period to 59 percent, adding that total number of served guests at OPD clinics climbed by 29 percent, whereas in-house guest counts leaped by 13 percent to 11,000 from 10,000.
It is worth noting that Al Ahli Hospital’s cost of operational revenues went up by USD11.25 million in 2011 from 2010.
