(MENAFN) Aamal Co. has recorded group revenue of QR974.5mn for the Jan-June period of this year, 30 percent down compared to QR1.39bn posted amid the same period of 2016.
Accordingly, the fall was the result of a variety of factors involving ongoing redevelopment work at City Center Doha and many one-off deals being given last year.
The first half of this year gross profit for the group declined to 13.8 percent to QR306.2mn, compared to QR355.3mn amid the same period of 2016.
Additionally, the whole revenue declined 12.8 percent to QR266.6mn in the cited period of this year from QR305.5mn in the same period of 2016.
