Qatar’s Ashgal to implement new electronic app

(MENAFN) The Public Authority ‘Ashgal’ started applying an innovative electronic system specified in organizing the meetings of the tenders and auctions committees.
Moreover, the completion of this system cuts the amount and cost of paper documents used, by changing the committees’ agendas, which utilized to be prepared manually.
Additionally, it also reduces the repetitive manual tasks like signing or commenting, by enabling the committees’ members to electronically sign documents.
It also improves control over data integrity by applying a secure system that only authorizes committees which have allows to sign documents and write comments.
