Qatar’s Barwa Real Estate gives QR140mn for Al Baraha project

(MENAFN) Barwa Real Estate has awarded construction deal for Barwa Al Baraha Warehouses and Workshops projects, worth QR139.95mn to Qatar Building Engineering Co.
Furthermore, the project that involves construction of 573 warehouses and almost 135 workshops is projected to be finished in 18 months.
Additionally, the project also embraces a whole construction built-up area almost 193.000 square meters, which involves building of warehouses with an area 300sqm each.
The deal also covers the building and upgrading of the infrastructure and all the services needed for the project, involving CCTV rooms, two elect substations and surveillance camera installation.
